Ohana For Youth (formally SCISCO Career Pathways) is a Gold Coast non-profit organisation that supports teenagers to re-engage with life and focus on a bright and happy future. Our team of youth specialists provide individualised support, mentoring and re-engagement opportunities in a relaxed and fun environment. Our organisation was founded in 1996 and since that time we have supported young people to secure positive outcomes; including housing, counselling, community engagement, employment, training, re-entry to school, physical and mental health support and re-engagement with peers.
Ohana means family; strengthening the futures of our young people; leaving no-one behind.
Ohana’s purpose is to provide a sense of belonging to our young people so they can develop their confidence and skills in a safe, respectful and caring setting. Our team operates like a big happy family to help you will feel welcome and comfortable very quickly.
Ohana’s success relies on the strong partnerships we have developed with local schools, youth and community support agencies, local businesses and the broader community.
